After spending some time to myself, away from school, people, and anything from society, I realized time flies by so quickly!

A week of summer & a day of rain

Although my hometown is a desert in the middle of nowhere, I experienced rain for the first time in months :)

My lips are chapped, I have consumed my third bowl of Recess Puffs, and I have been listening to dubstep for the past hour.

Now, I know I have a serious addiction to clothes, but school is indeed around the corner therefore, I decided to do some spending of my national currency

I have also taken advantage of my jewelry box and decided to begin wearing many random bracelets again.

I learned not all things are easy in life

This afternoon was filled with endless battles of Tekken 3, fruit salad, post-exercise jello legs, and perhaps what may very well be the act of consuming too many saltine crackers.


A few days ago, I encountered what I think is the BEST multi-purpose salve there is, it is
C.O. Bigelow Rose Salve.

I absolutely love this, it not only softens my always-chapped lips, but also soothes and softens my elbows and any other miscellaneous area that can get dry, such as cuticles, knees, face, or hands. The scent is incredible, it strongly smells like roses.

This product retails for $7.50 at your local Bath and Body Works store.

I bought a little black address book that caught my eye for $1.00 in a local thrift store shop. I find it to be amazing. :)

A bit of new

Upon my return from lovely Mexico, I found some wonderful vintage clothes that belonged to my mom and aunts.

My stay was absolutely wonderful, I saw family I had not seen in ages & I ate delicious food. Right now I can't seem to get enough of The Office, Netflix surely is my best friend here. Tonight will consist of cleaning, The Office, thunderstorms, amazing talks with my boyfriend, & some reminiscing over old family photo albums.
